La mesura de la bandera es du per un. Es sinco raios colorada - blu, verde, jala, orania, e roja - ce uni a la canto fundo e sinistra e abri a destra e culmine. Longa la culmine, de la sinistra, la blu es 2/5, la verde 2/5, e la jala 1/5 de la longia, en esta ordina. Longa la destra, de la culmine, la jala es 1/5, la orania 2/5, e la roja 2/5 de la altia, en esta ordina. La desinia ia es inspirada par la bandera de la Isolas Sexeles (do un creol de franses es parlada), ma ave la colores de la arco iris multe ves usada per sinifia pas e fratia. La bandera sujeste la leva de la sol.
The proportions of the flag are 2 by 1. There are five colored rays, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red, meeting at the lower left and opening from bottom to top and left to right. At the top, the blue takes up 2/5, the green 2/5, and the yellow 1/5 of the length, in that order. At the right, the yellow takes up 1/5, the orange 2/5, and the red 2/5 of the height, in that order. The design was inspired by the flag of the Seychelle Islands (where a French Creole is spoken), combined with the rainbow colors often used to signify peace and brotherhood. The image it intends is of the sunrise.
